Each Client has unique and specific design needs. Please feel free to call us to discuss your future design project. The following should only be considered a general outline of our fees for design work.

Conceptual Design: Rough Sketch of your ideas to help you begin to plan your design project. Fees for conceptual design work range from $.20 to $.35 per square foot of covered area.

Basic and Builder Plans: Basic plan packages as outlined in "About Our Plans" can be provided to our builder and developer clients for fees ranging from $.45 to $.75 per square foot of covered area.

Custom Home Design: Complete Custom Home design services can be provided to our clients for fees ranging from $.80 to $1.25 per square foot of covered area. Custom Home plan packages are very detailed complete sets of plans drawn to our strictest plan standards.

Custom Plan Modifications: If you have an existing set of plans and only require changes to be made we can provide modification services at an hourly rate of $55.00 per hour. Please be advised that we respect the plan copyrights of other designers. We will make only the requested modifications, and return the original plans to you.

Architectural Renderings: Artist quality pen and ink drawings of your project suitable for sales brochures and advertising. Black and White drawings start at $125.00, Color drawings begin at $185.00

Note: Please be advised that conceptual design services are included as a part of out basic and custom plan sets.
